keeps the Ags away.

I like this staggered commitment process.

I like it too, ready for the next 3 or 4 days to have one as well. Great start to the '13 class.

is a soft offer better or worse than non-comittable offer?

Over at ESPN Max Olson saying RSJ is holding off on committing. Not really elaboration as to why, but got the gist it's more that he just wants to make sure he thinks it through to make the right decision.

That's just their new term for whiffing on a recruit this year. Same difference.

"Not SEC good"

"probably looked at our roster and figured he would ride the pine for four years"

Last one is my personal favorite

They continue to post threads about how Texas' recruiting is slipping and Swoopes is going to be a bust.

I love that the staff is being more selective. I have been begging for this to happen. We can always get the cream of the crop.

Good players, and good players for what we're doing. I'll say it again, I love the way this staff is recruiting.

You have a new coach with a new system and you have no clue how the players are going to react to it. Hell, your football team was exhausted by the third quarter. That defense is horrible, and now you are running a fast paced spread offense with guys he did not recruit. Good luck with that.

The sad thing is that they should know all about this, they said every bit of the same stuff about our offense to us last year with the change from Davis to Harsin. Not to mention that they don't have a proven QB.3dGrin

Good way to spin it I guess :/

Just a change in strategy from previous years when they would get 10-15 commits on jr days.

I could care less when we get these studs, just as long as we get them.

Well the more days in between and more visits the kids, the worse the chances get to land them...Just saying it's a change from the 'we only want kids that want to be at ut.' That we've heard from mac before, when he would pull their ship if the kids even went on other visits.

It shouldnt be a problem for you to name a couple of these kids who got their 'ships pulled for going on a visit.

Then again, since your allegation is false, it might be a problem after all.

Besides, dont you have a conference to join or something? (SEC SEC SEC SEC)
