WVU coach Huggins needs help to win a $100,000 donation for cancer research at WVU.s Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center. The prize money would go to the Norma Mae Huggins Cancer Research Endowment Fund, which he established in memory of his mother who died in 2003 following a long battle with colon cancer

Huggins is one of 48 top college basketball coaches in the nation participating in the Infiniti Coaches
