Bill D is a wonderful person. He is retired, but before he retired he was recognized as one the leading authorities in Petroleum Engineering in the entire world. He is a brilliant man.


Bill if I recall right is in his 80's, but he still razor sharp. He is an asset to any board he posts on.

Bill did the same as me--I thought LSU would win too. In fact I was thinking they just might be the greatest team of all time when throw the schedule and so many OOC were away games. We are the only team to have ever played and beaten 8 ranked teams in one season. However, we both were wrong. Alabama was clearly the best team on January 9th

This may be true and if he is still indeed 'razor sharp' in mental capacity then is without a doubt the biggest homer on the entire interwebz. His whole perception of LSU is highly distorted. I'm a homer too but damn, Bill is a different animal. That being said, I echo 1137's sentiments. I love Bill. And we miss him.
