It was Karl Hess. I don't think he's an SEC official. He threw out Tom Guggliotta and Corchiani. He claimed that both were walking down right behind the scores table to voice their disdain at his calls. They claim not to have sAid anything inflammatory. Their seats are directly behind the scores table so it's not like they had to go far to get there.
I would suspect they said more than they are letting on. For his part Hess claims they were enticing the crowd over officiating. He earlier tried to have a student thrown out as well. The ACC has reprimanded him whatever that's worth. Hess is what I'd call a showy official. Like TV Ted Valentine he wants to be seen too much. He needs to tone it down. Nobody ever paid for a ticket to watch him blow a whistle. This post was edited on 2/21 10:46 AM by cockfool
