Accountability

Question

Did anyone see Horn's press conference after the LSU game. It was all about the players needing to accept accountability for their play. Never, not once, did he even allude to any of this being his fault. What a joke.
The sad thing is that he will always blame someone else. So much about how he's changed. Was a jerk when he came and still is today,

Have not heard him talk a lot, but the times I've heard Horn on the radio, or his TV show, or interviewed on TV, I have yet to see why some want to call him a jerk. He has seemed to be pretty much like any other coach we have in the way he handles himself. Guess I'm missing something.
Exactly what did you expect him to say in his press conference? BTW, I'm not a Horn supporter, feel it's time for him to go, but geez people.

" Our players have to do better. We as coaches have to do better too. We've done a lousy job too. if our players aren't improving or doing what we ask them to do in practice, then we aren't doing a good job. We expect better. We demand better. That's our responsibility and we are going to approach it that way every second of practice and every second or film review, and every second of game prep. "




That's essentially the exact same thing Steve Spurrier has said quite a few times. He's ripped into some decisions players made, but he also said the coaching staff had to get better and it was their (coaches) fault for not doing better.

Horn could learn a lot from that approach. It's STUNNING he hasn't learned that already.

Yeah, I agree. He throws our players under the bus every single time. The guy IS a jerk as far as I am concerned. I want his butt gone and I hope he winds up at Clemson some day.
