We also beat Duke last year in our only meeting, besides 06-07.

However...besides a sweep of the Dookies, there is something even greater at stake on Thursday.

We have a chance to Sweep ALL OF TOBACCO ROAD, for the first time in our history.

Hell, we've only had 4 seasons where we won more than we lost vs that foursome, combined.

91-92 (6-2). 92-93 (5-3) 06-07 (3-1) and last year (5-2) Regular Season only.

Currently we are 4-0 with only Duke remaining.

In 2002 when we beat Duke in Tallahassee, I vividly recall in the rematch game up there a FSU fan in the Duke student section .... and carrying a broom. Now that took some hutzpah. We of course did not win.

That, and the 43-11 FT discrepancy when all Duke did was chuck outside shots. Ever seen a team make 13 more FGs than their opponent and LOSE? I've looked at about ten thousand box scores since that game and still have not found one. We dominated them on the boards too. It was like we massacred them in every facet of the game and they somehow came out with a W. Just ridiculous. That game still bugs the hell out of me.

Then there's the dozen of terrible calls against FSU, one of which with just 5 seconds left where the refs ruled the ball went out on Galloway when replays showed it clearly touched Williams. That game still bugs the hell out of me. An NCAA Tournament bid was ripped from us literally because of that one game.

We finally got that win at Cameron though thanks to Ryan Reid. But of course the refs tried to steal that one from us too. Recall the T Leonard picked up for tossing his coat on the chair. An utterly absurd call if you recall in what manner he tossed it as in how anyone else would toss it standing a few feet away from the chair in a normal manner.

But yet K gets away with berating the officials.

Bulls*** they gave you the same treatment. Johnson was given a 2nd technical for nothing. Sheldon Williams attacked him and all Johnson did was sit there and take it.
