Clash on the Coast is about as bad as "Red River Rivalry". I'm kidding.. We all know it was names the Reedy River Rivalry, and some clemson homer did what TATERS do best and knocked off the name from the Texas tradition and made it their own...

Happy

Where is a good place to tailgate with two or three cars and family? I assume from above that the Brittlebank Tailgate has food booths that will be selling food and drinks.

Not a real great place to tailgate. Maybe around Johnson Hagood Stadium, or furthur down Brittlebank Park from where they are set up.

CHARLESTON, SC - Fans excited for the Clemson-South Carolina game at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park on March 2 now have something else to look forward to for that day. Beginning at 3 pm and concluding at the end of the game, a Clemson-South Carolina Tailgate Party will be held in the right field area of neighboring Brittlebank Park.

Fans may purchase advance tailgate tickets online at www.RileyParkEvents.com, at the RiverDogs' front office, or at the gate at 3 pm on the day of the game. A $10 fee (children 3-under are free) allows entry into the secluded area that will also feature a variety of Budweiser products, which will be the only legal place in the vicinity in which to enjoy adult beverages.

Loveable mascots "Cocky" and the Clemson "Tiger" will both be in attendance and will appear in their respective team's easily-identifiable tents. There also will be an abundance of food, fun and games scheduled.

The first 100 fans from both sides will receive a complimentary Raising Cane's Basket while Home Team BBQ, another popular and local establishment, will be selling food at the site. Inside the area will also be a jump castle inflatable as well as the opportunity for fans to play corn hole.

The WEZL radio van will be on-site with country music playing from 3-6 pm, and the popular sports talk show "Bobby Hartin's Fan Talk" will be broadcast LIVE from the Tailgate Party from 3-7 pm on ESPN 910 AM.

The game will be broadcast live on 1340 AM, and each tent will have the entire game broadcast aired over loud speakers.

The Clemson-South Carolina game at The Joe is being sponsored by Bennett Hospitality.
