What is your bowel movement schedule?

0 like 0 dislike
During the work week, it's around 6. After dinner. Prefer mornings on the weekends. Takes the pressure off, so I can enjoy the rest of the day and whatever plans we have that night.

My schedule does vary some during the spring and summer. Depending on the humidity and how much rainfall we've had up to that point.

Got off schedule about a month ago. Was going in the morning before I went to work. Hated that. Rather have it during the evening. Gives me something to look forward to during the day.

9AM. Typically set my watch by it, so consistent. Wish it was earlier at home, makes my morning drive and things I have to take care of a little aggravating.

Usually once a day around noon. Hate going to the gym in the evening unless I've had one.

Unexpected benefit of having acid reflux -----> Carafate

Coats the stomach. No toilet paper needed 90% of the time. Just a couple of squares to check.

When I used to work for people, I always left a dump on their time, not mine. Double bonus!

I prefer to call it the Coiling Megahenry

Wake up, feed the dog, do a double shot of espresso, poop.

Work, lunch, poop.

On weekends, it tends to be once around mid-morning and then again after dinner. I am definately regular, maybe too regular sometimes.

One of life's little pleasures is taking a dump on company time. I'm at the point where doing it at home seems wrong.

- Don't do public toilets...unless it is a life or death situation.

- Don't know how some of you that don't go first thing in the morning function through the day. I'd be miserable.

- At least two and most of the time three per.

Weekdays in the morning before leaving for work. Then about 1 or 2 @ work. Sometimes once again at home before I go to bed. On Weekends usually only in the mornings both days. I guess work just aggrevates the ish out of me.

I avoid public dumps. I even own my own office and very rarely go there because other people work there. Luckily I only live a few minuted from home and can get away most any time.

I am only regular if I am properly incorporating fiber into my diet.

I wish I could always go before work. But, some days my body isn't ready and mornings at home are kind of rushed. The problem is that I have irritable bowel syndrome. Therefore, I know at some point in the morning my body is going to fire off the warning sirens. What sucks is when this is going on in the car during my 30 minute commute to work. There is no way I am going to be able to hold it. That means stopping off any place I can find.

It's all good if the bathroom at McDonalds is open or at Starbucks. It sucks when they are occupied, and in the morning they commonly are. Let me tell you, I have had to dump at some pretty nasty holes. Because when my body is telling me to dump, I better listen or I pay the price. I have had to turn around and go back home twice in my life for shatting in my pants in the car ride to work. Luckily, this happened in 10 years. I no longer take the sire warnings lightly and try to press my luck.

People pooping at work costs American businesses over $10 billion annually in lost productivity.

Just wait till Congress gets wind of this.

Try some peppermint (the herb) for your IBS. I've heard it helps with IBS. Maybe a cup of tea before you go to work.

Want to know how quickly your body processes food from fresh to crap?
Eat 4 ounces of whole kernel corn. Write the time down that you ate it. Then write the time down the next time you see the corn. Subtract it from the first time you recorded. This gives your digestive rate. 24-36 hours is the average. 12 and 72 hours are the outliers.

I meant peppermint tea. But enteric coated peppermint would likely be better for someone with IBS.

healthy diet... low carb, low fat, high protein, high fiber, mod-high calorie (I'm 6'2" 195).

get to work, drop a deuce.
eat lunch, drop a deuce.
before workout around 7pm, drop a deuce.

Anymore it's always a smooth slug that requires very little wiping. Back when I was in grad school studying all the time and eating junk, they'd be monsters turds with wrinkles that'd rip my ass apart and force me to wipe 15 times.

It's proof that a healthy diet does wonders for your body.

What about when you have to step out of the shower midway through to take a ish. Then when you are done you step back in the shower.

Buster, that one sucks because the floor gets wet but at least you're clean again.

catsbg, come on you can do better than that. Shitty pants, murse, changing old people, etc...that's not even funny because it's been said a million times. Why not just make a gaylord focker and be done with it. I mean dude, you've got SEASON tickets to WESTERN FOOTBALL, you're better than the average person!
