Things of this nature come to mind every time I hear the phrase "The U.S. needs to be more like the rest of the world".

We would be some really happy campers if we were, I' sure.3dGrin

It's a friggin communist country. He knew that going in. He should know they don't play.(Well, maybe he didn't know. He probably went to public school)

Bottom line, this half wit had a contract. He should have honored it, and they would have.

Maybe . . . The Chinese repeatedly accused JR of faking injurys. They could care less if JR were injured to the point that he could no longer play in the NBA. If he was truely injured, it is up to him (and ONLY him) to determine the best couse of action between re-aggravating an injury and possibly missing the remainder of his NBA season, or allow the Chinese (his temporary employer) to fine him for not showing up to practice. I personally would have made the same choice.

I agree the money he lost he will make back before the NBA season ends.

I'm really liking the Knicks right now with the addition they've made, J.R and Baron Davis could be a deadly backcourt off the bench.

I was sitting in a bar in Las Vegas last week in the Wynn and JR was there. Good guy I must say. He really loves his brother!
