PRO BOWL - Patrick Willis Cool Moment

0 like 0 dislike

Just watched the finish of the Pro Bowl and noticed as players were doing their friendly chats at midfield at the end of the game, it appeared Willis approached Ray Lewis and asked if they could do a Jersey Exchange. I always appreciate those who respect those who came before them! Willis seems to be one of those unique athletes who just gets it!

Not only is Willis an unreal athlete, he is even a better person. He had a hard upbringing in which he raised family members when he was still a kid. Will always be one of my top rebels. Thank you Patrick Willis for who you are and what you have become.

respecting a guy who made a deal to get off for his part in a murder is anyone I personally would have anything to do with. A very good football player of course, just not who I have any respect for.

AND...P Willie was proud to announce "Ole Miss" as his alumni during the starting lineup. What is the deal with Mike Wallace? The only people--ironically--who have recognized that Wallace played for the Rebels are the play by play announcers. Someone should send him a message that the RebelNation really doesn't appreciate it. Same goes for BJGE. We know Eli will proudly in Super Bowl XLVI acknowledge Ole Miss, but will Green-Ellis?

Ranch...or anybody...please bring the people 'out of the loop' up to date on recruiting. I read the article in the Clarion-Ledger this morning about the five recruits who signed, but can someone explain what skills each one brings to the team?

As a State fan, I was glad to see Willis go to the NFL. Got tired of seeing that guy. But, he has been nothing but a great spokesman for football and underprivelaged kids everywhere. Wish we had got him.
