You bammers biggest problem is you can not accept the fact that auburn has owned you for the last 30 years. In the 60-70, dad-da took you to all the games and told you the bammers would always be top dog. But Auburn has been a thorn in your side since the early 80's. You have had a great 4 year run because of TUBB'S last 2 classes. You posted not to long ago that auburn will be in the middle of the pack in the sec. Thank you for providing the rope for your own hanging. Study the following facts, if you care to. First, I will address your "30 year ownership" as you so often refer to. During the last 30 years the record is aubie 17--bama 15. Hardly what I would call ownership. (And this is during your most sucessful era of api football !!!)

Now, since we are in to slicing and dicing the years in accord to how you need them to look, lets go back a little further. From 1970 to 1979, bama 8, aubie 2. This would qualify as ownership. (you may not want to recall but this was also the period when we won 9 straight, which bested you "top of the mountain "6".

Now, for the past 22 years. aubie 11, and bama 11. Breezy, sorry little man, but this just does not meet "ownership" status.

Lastly lets address what you guys always demanded we pay attention to, and that, little red headed man, is NOW !!!

summary: 3 of the past 4, 3 national titles past 19 years (two of which are wrapped around aubies red arse) and never a loss (much less 5) by an average of 5 touchdowns per game.

breezy, now that I have cast doubt on your "ownership" theory, now please allow me to address your equally idiotic stance on recruiting. you blame all aubies ineficiencies on radar's (tubbs) last two recruiting classes. those two classes averaged 13th in america. Yes, 13th. not that bad. My question now is, why hasn't cheese head been able to develop any of these players. Let me draw you a pic. saban comes in and has a very average team in 2007, recruits lights out in 08, wins 12 regular season games in 08, you remember, you know, 36--0 !!!

Lets now move to cheese head. his classes for 09 & 10 ranked an average of 11th in the nation. Again, not bad. WHY HAS YOUR SISSY STAFF NOT BEEN ABLE TO DEVELOP THESE PLAYERS? The "lets blame it on tubbs" routine no longer applies. Actually, he was/is a much better coach than the 5--19 guy.
