Your are 100% correct. They have regressed. Even in re-building years , provided the coaches are committed, and the players are committed, you will see improvement during the course of the year. Aubie has not shown that. In fact, they are likely only the 4th best team in the state after the tide, troy, and south alabama. OUCH !!

I'm not including 2009 redshirt kids, or taking off JC players (Cammy Cam) or kids that might leave early. I'm just looking at the signed numbers. So, from the 2010 class thru the 2012 class (so far):

ALABAMA-->5*-6...4*-38...3*-25

AUBURN-->5*-4...4*-36...3*-29

So, where is all this "extra" talent AU has compared to Bama? Again, you've been owned, and are much like the team you root for. Like to talk the talk, but in general, when it comes time to perform, you fall flat on your face. Boom.
