Tickets Saturday?

0 like 0 dislike
Will there be a lot of scalpers outside the arena on Saturday and do you think it would be possible to get a ticket under $100.

Appreciate any help and good luck to you guys.

Very small chance of a ticket for under $100. Maybe a single ticket in the rafters. I wouldn't count on it though.

No tickets available at all. No need to even come to Nashville and try to get in. Pass the word on to your friends so that they won't waste a tank of gas.

Yes, there will be scalpers galore. However your best bet is to hang out around one of the parking garages and look for someone who has an extra. Much, much easier to pick up singles...if you need a pair...that's a little tougher.
I've never paid more than $50 and I've never failed to find a ticket.

What I would not do is deck myself in blue from head to toe while seeking a ticket. What you do after you have a ticket is up to you.

Breaking news....Big Blue storm set to descend on metro Nashville approx. 9:00 pm Saturday February 11th. Take cover, and shiver like a little girl.

No one is shivering, and no one is afraid of the little kitty cats.
And yeah, good idea to get there at 9:00. Meow.

3rd level seats will be going for $500 each as you get closer to game time. Seats below that I imagine will be going for significantly more than that.

Actually, prices go down the closer to game time...and if you are willing to miss tip-off you can get them for face value all day long. Just be willing to walk away...scalpers don't like to eat tickets.

That said...ticket brokers and scalpers can ASK whatever they want for tickets...what they actually get is up to the buyer.
There won't be more than a dozen 3rd level tickets sold for more than $100...$200 will put you in the NCC seats at floor level.

You made the right choice going to Vandy getting a great education no doubt.

I just have to wonder(and I'm not flaming here I promise) why, as a fellow Lexingtonian, that you root for Vandy over UK? In my experience that is usually a rarity...I know a bunch of Vandy alums and they all still go with UK.

Perhaps because he doesn't want to root for a program that has shown a consistent desire to cheat and win at any cost?

I was a UK fan growing up in Versailles. However, after deciding to matriculate at Vanderbilt, my heart turned Black & Gold. I have never had another thought about being a UK fan.
