Have you sent all of this evidence to the NCAA? Should be easy to prove. IRS has copies of 1040s filed by the players and their families to prove income (or lack thereof) and make sure the sources are legit, vehicles should have a Bill of Sale that was used to register the vehicle with the state, plus the assessed value for purposes of figuring the ad valorum tax each year.

Should be a slam dunk for the NCAA. If any shadiness was going on to cover it up, a forensic accountant (the NCAA has them and uses them) should be able to get to the bottom of it.
