Question

Guys I am not ready to apologize for giving you a hard time about being young but these stats are crazy. You should have given Tubb 13 years in jail and not updike.

Linked below, but here are the "highlights": 2008 class

28 Signees
12 never played a down
5 of those 12 didn't even qualify
5 other players lasted only 1 or 2 years
2 players are in jail for MURDER. (separate cases)

The fact that we went 8-5 basically missing an entire recruiting class speaks volumes for Chizik and staff as well as all the young guys that fought through this year.

You struggle against some HORRIBLE teams and did not really have a game that you won convincingly. Actually one of your worst performances came after a bye week. Very meh by the coaching staff imo.

No, we just skipped over that and won a national championship. Not bad iyam. Sorry your wittle feewings are hurt by my opinion. Don't even try to act like your team was a JV High School squad. You had plenty of talent to work with. Yes, you lacked experience but their was no excuse for some of the performances they put on the field.

If you are happy with that then I sure as hell am happy with it.

Careful now. None of your 8 wins are really anything to write home about and the ones you lost you were not competitive. You really could have been below 500 had just a few things went the other way in your wins. If you just look at the number of wins at 8 I can see how you might be satisfied but if you look at who those 8 wins are against and how some of them could have turned out it gets kinda scary.

Frankly IMO there is a huge gap between AU and UA and LSU and even Arky. If Chiz goes 8-5 or even 9-4 a couple of more years then he will be toast.
