they both state they plan on signing AFTER national signing day? How in the world do they expect top programs to wait until then? How can we afford to not sign 25 in this class and wait on them? Am I missing something?

Diamond said that he will tell the coaches on January 31st where he will sign. He's having his signing party/celebration on the 3rd. The schools that lose out on him will have time to go with plan B.
Devontae Neal will have to sign with a school that can sign more than 25 or that can afford to wait and see. Neal is waiting until the 10th to go public and he has a visit scheduled on the 7th or 8th to Arizona. He's a good enough prospect that some teams will wait. I'm not sure if we will.
