I Can Remember When.....

Question

I live in Kentucky where Ohio, WV and Kentucky join. I remember when we were getting ready to play Ohio State for the 2007 NC. The OSU fan's were going on how Jim Tressel had the OSU boys on special diets, spending extra time in the film room etc and how more prepared and in better shape they were going to be and kick the $hit out of us etc etc. I told them yeah, while OSU is doing that the LSU team is out eating cheeseburgers and drinking beer..... We all know how that turned out.
Now for the 2011 NC. Alabama is spending all this time in the film room. They are getting ready to kick our @$$. We are fat, out of shape and dumb. Alabama is going to " RESTORE THE ORDER"
LET'S SEE WHAT HAPPENS!!!

It must be a small world...

I was shacked up with an Olive Hill, Ky. girl for a year before 9/11 went down. We had a little place in Grayson. Being a Cajun, it was like I was almost on a yer long vacation since the scenery was so different from the mud flats of coastal La.

I just couldn't get enough of Skiing Snoeshoe Mountain, fishing at night for the biggest,meanest of Muskie in these little inflatable tube set ups, and roding four wheelers thru the hills til the cows came home.

With the exception of facebook, I haven't talked to any of them since. I will definitely make it back there just to breath that air and hike thru those hills again.

Oh yeah, LSU will win too.

Are you serious, Olive Hill? I have employee's that work for my company from Olive Hill and Grayson. I play a lot of golf in Grayson.

Yep, I lie not brother. I was a telecom hand and rolled with the happy corowd back then having as much fun as you possibly can out there.

Of coarse all things change. I can see that road sign on I-64 West that pretty much told me that I was not in NE Ky any more and I told myself to remember this moment because I was going to miss that place.

The last three weeks I spend in Grayson was in their motel's jacuzzi room getting what they all called "Wild"

And as for the Grayson coarse... Is that the same one that has a hole that goes 30 feet or so down hill to where you have to his the five wood or fly the green from 300 yds away? I can remember popping my driver on that hole and getting saved by a low trajectory into the rough or I would have been 80 yds past the green!

So many courses in this nation that I have played truly I wish I had more pics or even video of it all. I promise that I've been on more than 250 coarses and might have reached 200 for aol that I know. Unfortunately though the guy that played most of them with me died five yrs ago.

What are the last names of the people you deal with? Any Flynns or Gessners? How about a Sexton?
