1. Posts in a thread need to stay on topic. If there is a post that is simply there to derail a thread or to insult another poster, no matter how harmless you may think it is, delete it.
2. No two people have the same sense of humor. If what is posted may offend someone, delete it. In other words, language, "funny" insults, no matter how harmless directoed to other posters, etc, are gone.
3. ALL major league baseball discussion will be moved to the OT board. ALL. Don't care WHAT it's about.
4. I will back you up. You can't ban anybody, but you can edit, delete or move any post you see fit. I'll stand behind you.
5. All questions about deleted or moved threads will be directed to me over email. Posts on the board about this topic will be locked.
6. Consequences for posters will be handed out by me. They will not be universal. If you are a repeat offender, if you are someone I've warned in the past, you will receive a harsher sentence than someone who simply made an error in judgment. The decisions are mine and mine alone and I'll field the questions and take the heat for them.
