It must be really exciting to see the Tigers at #2 in the basketball rankings. It has been exciting watching you guys play this year. You can really tell that these guys have good chemistry and are well conditioned. Best of Luck in the tourney.

It's really great seeing what this group of guys can do with the right coach leading them. Same personnel as last year, but a vastly improved team in every facet of the game.

doylegr and mack,
Notice how SEC fans have been cordial for the most part and that d-bag from ksnake won't shut the f up? So glad this change is coming.

Oh, and OP, I appreciate the compliment.

I'm guessing the hatred will flow pretty good once the bullets start to fly. However, they have been really nice. I have no idea how to act.

You all are a good addition, along with T&M. You are are being adopted into a family of all bothers who slug each other, but heaven help those who mess with any of the members. And we behave at the dinner table, as we are a sharing family; none of that unequal divided pies like the Big Dustbowl.

Our last adoption worked out OK (though I wonder if we got the right team out of S.C.), but there is generally a transition period to work out the rivalries.....Arky got under UK's skin early in b-ball, and we still enjoy the rivalry somewhat, but Arky hasn't really held up their end of the rivalry for some time.....

So yeah, there's generally a easy truce right now prior to you all joining the fray......being cordial and all, ....but once SEC play begins next year, the gloves come off

Not sure the SEC got the right team out of S. Carolina? I guess you didn't watch the Orange Bowl.

Oh, I expected that. It's just refreshing to have some brighter minds to spar with.

Put up with their fans for 5-10 years, and then lets talk.....

I read their board during their bowl game vs. Nubs and also during the Orange. I thought most of it was freaking hilarious. I swear some of them peed themselves when the "Taters" got hammered. They get points for sheer volume of fan support and also hatred of their rival.

They got nothing on us though. Their Columbia burned during the Civil War. Missouri Tigers protected Columbia, MO from a similar fate. I'd say we have scoreboard.

MU...91, I agree--they got burned by Sherman while we burned lowrents. Yet, this UK fan is right to an extent. Shamecock fans, amongst whom I live in the lesser of two Columbias, are pretty damned insufferable and I think we'll have to keep beating them (never having lost to them) before they shut up. Nevertheless, I'm still not sure that Clempsuhm fans are much better (everyone in that state is delusional if you ask me).
