KState would be Poland. Just gets gobbled up from both sides and it disappears, because it is not viable on it's own and there was never any reason for it to have existed anyway. The elites (I know there are no KState elites such as we all understand the term) are exiled to whatever smaller country (Mtn. West Conf.) might have room for them.

ISU would be Czechoslovakia. Conquered from within and without and erased from the map. Then resurrected for political reasons and left as a buffer between two rival empires.

Texas is Russia, the evil empire. Nothing more need be said.

Tech and Baylor are Lithuania and Latvia, respectively. Totally subjugated by Texas and depending on Texas largesse for all their needs.

TCU is The Ukraine. Relatively large population, land base and rich in natural resources, but totally surrounded by Russia and cut off from the outside world. Unless they are allowed to access the world by Russia. (Ukrainians don't like the "The" before their name, because they think is demeaning. But isn't that the essence of The Ukraine?)

OU and OSU are Germany and Austria, respectively. Populated by a hard working, industrious and historically aggressive race. Not above outright theft in land acquisition. They are a bit xenophobic and see their neighbors as of lesser quality humans. Although they can bring ground forces of the highest quality to battle, naval forces are minor league at best. They have won more than their share, but just can't win the big ones.

KU is France. Fat, lazy, arrogant and effiminate. They think the world revolves around them, but no one else speaks their language or cares to trade in their currency. Beaten repeatedly by their neighbors, they retain their arrogance unblemished.

West Virginia is Yugoslavia. Yes, I know this country does not really exist. But until WVU can get out of the Big East, they don't either.
