Just Google and look for things like "Big XII Athletic Department Revenue".
This is very difficult to compare between schools, because the scope of what is included in an AD budget varies by school. For example, Mike Alden used to talk about how he doubled AD revenue at Mizzou, but that's because the AD took over management of the basketball Arena for non-sports events under his watch.
Generally speaking, Mizzou gets very little state funding as an institution, much less in the Athletic Department. I'm pretty sure the AD is self-funding. Also, from what I remember, ku actually has higher AD revenue than Mizzou. I don't know how the budget scopes compare, but any material difference comes from Tier III BB rights which ku does a good job of exploiting for revenue.
Your comparison also becomes tricky, because the revenue distribution within the Big XII has not remained constant. I believe there were changes after NU and CU left and they again changed it with the "handcuffs" deal.
Not sure if that helps any. I don't really care how much ku makes. They suck at football in a time when that is all that seems to really matter.
